Brody Jenner's always been super-protective of Lauren Conrad. Which isn't exactly a shocker, given the two have somehow moved from casual dating to BFFs without any of the requisite weirdness that usually follows. (Paris and Benji, take note!) And since Brody's always got LC's back, we usually listen to what he has to say about his longtime gal pal. Only now, instead of singing her praises, Brody's hinting that it might be time for Lauren to take a mini Hills hiatus.
"She works her butt off and has other things going on," Brody told E! Online. "It's time for her to maybe take a little break. A break from the drama would certainly be nice. I think everybody on The Hills is only focused on drama."
Wait a sec, the show is only focused on drama? Well, OBVS! (Dude, if we wanted to see pretty people with amazing hair and virtually nonexistent problems, we'd be watching My Super Sweet 16 instead!)
Still, that doesn't change the fact that Brody might be right about LC needing a break. Saying bye-bye to Whitney AND all her Laguna memories (Living will, woot woot!) all in the same emotionally-charged epi?? It's enough to wear any girl out -- regardless of her reality TV experience.
