This week's been full of ups and downs. We said hello to (the still-dreamy!!) Carson Daly, goodbye to TRL and watched our fave stars from the past 10 years brave the screaming fans in Times Square one last time to send the once-beloved show out in a blaze of live music glory.
And since the MTV veejays, the fans and the performers (like Beyonce, 50 Cent, Fall Out Boy and yes, the Backstreet Boys) put on such a brave face, we've decided to celebrate the last-ever week of TRL by posting these amazing performance clips from Total Finale Live.
