Of all the restaurants in all the world, Brody's mom had to walk into that one. (You know, the romantic couples haven Doug and Stephanie chose for their illicit maybe-date!)
As a result, Brody found out the truth about Doug's "business thing" within thirty seconds, and wasted no time breaking the news to Lauren at the end of last night's Hills. And while LC definitely seemed pissed about all the sneaking around, it wasn't clear whether she would, in fact, "clip" Stephanie from her posse (as Spencer so kindly predicted).
