In a perfect world, we would date the person who treats us best, the guy who's just as infatuated with us as we are with him. But as each of us knows -- most likely from personal experience -- the heart wants what it wants. Even if that's unrequited love.
LC is certainly no stranger to pining over unattainable men (ahem, Brody/Stephen). Even Miss Independent Audrina is being forced to see that JB might not ever become a dedicated BF. I'm starting to think the Hills gals might need a little help moving forward in the dating department. That's why I'm offering up my own suggestions as to who I think would truly make them happy (while still providing sweet arm candy):
Lauren Conrad: As evidenced, LC surely digs the tall, dark and handsomes -- but I'm thinking her next boy should have less "bad" in him. And that doesn't mean he has to be boring! My pick for Lauren is Adam Brody. Older, mature and rumored to be rather respectful (yet still her physical type!), the sensitive dude formerly known as Seth Cohen might really show Lauren what it means to be treated like a princess. After all, Summer Roberts was one lucky chicky.
Audrina Patridge: We already know Audrina likes them a little rough-around-the-edges. And now that John Mayer has his arm fully inked up -- and has unabashedly made his way through 99% of hot young Hollywood -- I'm thinking she and this guitar God might share more in common than tattoo pride. Not to mention BFFs LC and Lo would happily bob their heads at his his low-key, unweird shows.
Heidi Montag: While she and Spencer clearly wuv each other with equal intensity, I've noticed a little heaping amount of tension between them lately. If sister Holly doesn't find a new place to live soon, these lovebirds may be kaput. And if that were ever to happen, I think Mario Lopez would make a lovely mate for Montag. Not only do they have matching pearly-white permagrins, but Lopez seems like the type of guy who can handle the spotlight gracefully, with just a dab of cheese to keep the fans amused. Can't you picture the two of them posing on the red carpet in matching white Armani?
Stephanie Pratt: As we get to know Steph better, we're learning she's got a bit of a wild child brewing inside. So what's she doing going on a date with Dud Reinhardt on tonight's episode? Steph needs a rocker, a roller, a guy who can knock out Brody if he ever calls her "psycho" again. I mean, if she's gonna sneakily go after a friend's ex, shouldn't it be Justin Bobby?
