In honor of last night's 2008 Video Music Awards, I've decided the time has come to give out some awards of my own. So I've compiled a list of Hills-superlatives based on yesterday and tonight's episodes. Read on to find out who's worthy of a title.

The first award of this evening? Biggest Party Foul, which goes to Doug Reinhardt for dropping his Bloody Mary in a spontaneous casino fight. Dude, we get it, some guy totally ambushed you and Brody. But hey, that's no excuse for dropping your beverage of choice. Speaking of which, real men drink whiskey, not alcohol V8. Save the Bloody Mary's for canasta-playing grandmas and hungover brunches.

And next, we have our first linguistic-themed award of the night: Most Succinct Commentary: This one goes to the lovely and concise Lauren Conrad, for summing up Brody and Doug's crazy overnight Vegas adventure in a single word: "Idiots."
Next up, we have the Worst Distraction Ever award, which goes to denim diva Whitney Port. For future reference, Whit, when your work bestie is on the verge of an emotional breakdown, you may want to think of a better distraction than "roughing up" some vintage Dylan George jeans.

And now, our first culinary-based honor: The award for Least Frozen Food Experience, which goes to Spencer "What's a Microwave?" Pratt. Congrats, dude. As a TV dinner connoisseur (read: native New Yorker who can't cook) let me give you a little tip: Lean Cuisines suck. Avoid them like The Plague -- or, in your case, The Valley.

Time for an easy one -- the award for Most Intense Catsuit. And that one goes to... Lady Gaga. We haven't seen skintight pleather look that good since, well, Halle Berry played Catwoman. Props to Whitney for seeing Gaga's form-fitting potential -- and for convincing her to go along with it. Now if only she'd let you do something about those bangs...

And for the final award this evening, we have Audrina Patridge taking home Best Waterproof Mascara. Maybe she's born with it? Maybe it's Maybelline. Maybe LC should consider getting an upgrade?
+ Missed last night's round of Hills superlatives? Check it out now and tell me what I missed.
