Crews Throw Down On VMA Red Carpet, Fanny Pak Voted No. 1!

Fanny Pak and Kaba Modern went head to head tonight -- LIVE on the VMA's red carpet -- for a second shot at some ABDC glory. While both crews deserve applause -- Kaba for their slick style and Fanny for their theatrics -- only one of these guys could win the 25K for a charity of their choosing... and the crew you voted No. 1 was the ever-80s-inspired Fanny Pak!

Dressed for their routine like a vintage VMA performance (Madonna's 1984 "Like a Virgin", anyone?), the crew slipped into something a little more comfortable for the main attraction. Watch them skip excitedly down the stairs to accept their big congrats from presenters Lindsay Lohan and Ciara. Think Super Cr3w were jealous?

Oh, and syrup that's awesome that you love SC, cause they are a great crew and all, but I just don't understand why you're giving FP slack all the time, especially when SC and FP are really tight... Yeah, I'm not really into the Jonas Brothers. What Russel said was kinda stupid... and J. Sparks coming to their defense was even stupider. I admire her attempt but it came off all wrong. She should have never said anything in the first place.... but whatever, Russel meant it as a joke. Seriously, get over it.

The host was creepy. He is a former sex-addict. That's prettty creepy, and I didn't even think his joke's were funny.

Nope actually they performed at the VMA Red Carpet Premiere just before the show. The winner did present the Award for Best Dance Video but that wasn't announced until half way through the VMA's. The only performance that counted was the one which aired a week before on the 30th during the ABDC special. The polls were only open a few hours after that until 9:00 P.M. The VMA premiere didn't air until a week later on Sept. 7. Hope that clears things up a bit.

No offense Craze but you are being a bit naive. No matter how good a crew is they all can make mistakes. It does not make them better or worse. I somewhat take offense to that comment as Kaba only had really one major mistake last season. Status Quo had several mistakes and they still made the finale. So don't be dogging Kaba over that. My only comment was that both performances regardless of who won should have counted. It is a matter of what is fair and I would have had no problem if the outcome was the same!

anybody who says russel brand was creepy is stupid. so what if he made jokes about promise rings? they are just jokes. a lot of people make jokes about things i believe in (like vegetarianism) but i actually laugh at them. seriously people need to just get over it. russel is awesome. the jonas brothers.. eh.. not so much. :] _ _ _ _ __ __ __ __ __and sorry i know this is totally the wrong place to post this but i felt the need to say it.

i seriously have a crush on phil from fanny pak...hmmm...im gonna meet him on the ABDC TOUR!!!!!!! can anyone (who definitely knows for sure) tell me if he's...you know.....his preference...hahaha!! him, and phil from jabba, and ben from super cr3w...and maybe a little bit of puspos...are my crushes...i wish FP had performed at the VMAs...i thought thats what they said at the beginning of the battle :(...i wish they had cut off some of the host's time and let the FP perform...SERIOUSLY!!!
