Stephanie Pratt Says Goodbye To Her Beloved Guinea Pig, Josie

Stephanie Pratt's guinea pig was introduced on The Hills just last night, but Josie had been a loyal pet for a long time. Sadly, I got a note from Steph today that Josie died at 5 am. "I heard these like screams and I thought they were coming from outside," she wrote. "I was like, Josie could never make a noise that loud. But I got up after like the 5th one and she was on her side like taking slow deep breaths that made her like convulse (that's too dramatic of a word), so I sat there petting her... I knew she was dying. I sat with her for 30 minutes until she passed, and then I called my dad and he came over. I can't stop crying. I can't believe it. She was screaming to tell me she was dying. I'm so sad."

I met Josie the same day I met Stephanie -- right before the Hills Season 3 Finale Party in LA. She was a sweet little thing, and according to Steph, the entire Hills cast and crew were really close with her and loved giving her treats and rubbing her belly.
