Josh and Nikki are officially hitched! The ceremony was a quick one, but very sweet nonetheless. For a second, I got scared that someone -- like a bitter brother or something -- might speak up when the priest asked if anyone objected, but it was all smooth sailing. I mean, just look at the smile on Josh's face when Nikki first appeared on the aisle:
And here's the blushing bride making her way towards her soon-to-be hubby:
My favorite part of the ceremony was their first kiss as husband and wife. A good, solid smooch -- no tongue.
I gotta admit, I felt a little stupid snapping pictures of the happy couple during their first dance, but they really didn't seem to mind that some stranger was shadowing their every move. They were in their own world...
Guests included Engaged & Underage alumni, Josh and Bre. Josh and his band played the wedding song!
I gotta say, I was pretty skeptical showing up to this shindig, but everyone -- the couple, the families, even the priest -- seemed extremely happy. I'm really rooting for these guys! And a special note to Josh and Nikki: Maybe spend your anniversary in a place with no police sirens and Calvin Klein underwear ads?
