It is crazy town here at the Hills finale party with all sorts of celebs (All American Rejects, Young Jeezy, Usher) and hyper gaggles of girls milling about. LC and Lo showed up clad in cute dresses from The Lauren Conrad Collection, and Whitney also sported her own design, a tailored black blazer from her upcoming cocktail-wear line, Whitney Eve (her middle name).
