Crosby Loggins stole the Cradle crown tonight, right from under Jesse Blaze Snider’s dumbfounded face. Truth be told, it was a snoozy show after Chloe got kicked off. I will be replaying her sad and confused version of “I Honestly Love You” for many days to come.
Well, it’s been a blast y’all, but now it’s time to kick up my Sunday shoes and cut loose (i.e., redirect focus back to The Hills).

I can’t believe Crosby won. I wanted Jesse to win because he always rocked the cradle and the fans love him. I am sure that this will not be the last time we see Jesse Blaze Snider on stage performing.

Awful………just awful…………No way Crappy Loggins should have won. Jesse was the winner on the first week. He rocked from day one. SO DISAPPOINTED with america and how they voted. It was like watching a corpse with a voice box when The Loggman performed. Jesse did back flips, acknowledged the band, different looks….etc, etc…………..just a natural performer……We are not going to take this….no……..we are not going to take this anymore…………………………………………..

I know many people dont like her voice
or her vibrato.
But thats the real talent.
She has a permanent extremely-beautiful voice.

I hated country music my sister loves it, she told me to watch you so I satrted to watch you and out of the whole competition I knew you were gonna win because you had a great voice, great stage presence, and also you were hot along with your dad. All three won in their own way. I missed a few episodes and was blown away with how Chloe improved once she came out of her morbid-routine. On that alone she’s a winner and for her sake I hope she keeps it up. She has a unique Annie Lennox type appeal. Jesse is easily the most entertaining one out there. The looks (yeow!), the cockiness as a virtue, and the kick-assedness would make him one heck of a show that I’d love to see. Crosby isn’t heavy rock, but he appeals to a wide audience. He put up with a lot of crap and pulled it off as a guy-next-door who made good. I’m sure he has a great future. GOOD SERIES, MTV! Put it in a better time slot next time!

It’s simple everybody! Snyder’s ego did him in! He is a showman but he’s way too arrogant for someone who is merely the son of a legend… not an actual legend. Let’s face it… none of the contestants on this show were great. They were given an opportunity because of their parents greatness. There’s nothing wrong with that but let’s not pretend anybody was robbed. None of them are poor or suffering.

Jesse is so entertaining! Plain and simple. He kept me entertained while I was bored by Crosby and creeped out by Chloe.
If you had to go to a concert and watch one of these three who would you choose? Honestly?
Crosby may have some musical talent and Chloe has her appeal but Jesse has the full package and then the extra 10%.
If this was a contest for who is most talented, then maybe Crosby should have won. But this was ROCK the Cradle and Jesse, hands down, did just that.

I liked Crosby, but Jesse Snider is the only one who truly ROCKED the cradle!! How the devil Chloe made it that far is beyond me, tho’. Either there are a lot of tone-deaf people out there or she has a lot of friends & family. I’ve heard better sounding squalling when someone accidently steps on the family cat than the noise coming out of her!

Jesse Snider is definately a showman and my personal favorite. Problem is, a recording contract which this contest awarded kicks out CD’s, not DVD. Eventually, they all get part of the package, but they have to stand up as a RECORDING ARTIST, not a performer first. That being said…. dang, I’d love to see him in a live show! Forget about the recording contract and just go out there and put on shows, Jesse!

Thank you, MTV, for hosting a show to allow a true music talent shine. The industry needs to allow true music talent to be given a chance, and I was both surprised and elated to see Crosby win! He earned his talent through his own hard work. This was evident. I thought Jesse would have won because of his showmanship. It was easy to transpire through the screen. But what is harder to see is the more subtle talent that you sometimes have to allow a moment in time to absorb. It is not in your face. Crosby, hats off to you, friend. I’m glad to see America got it right. Jesse is a talent in the entertainment arena. Chloe is both vulnerable, and courageous. I found her to be very interesting. The host of the show needed to add a bit more vocabulary to his dialogue. If he uttered the words “you guys” one more time, I was going to have to be peeled from the ceiling. Please have more original songwriter types to your future shows. We need unmanufactured artists in this world. More like Crosby need to be supported.

America must be deaf, dumb, blind and stupid because Jesse Blaze Snider was hands down the best singer, the best entertainer, the best personality, THE BEST LOOKING!! I am a 42 year old divorced mother of two mostly grown children, and I voted for him over 300 times. Listening to him, Chloe and Crosby, there WAS NO COMPETITION. Chloe and Crosby sounded like a very bad pre-show to an awesome concert. Hopefully we haven’t seen or heard the last of Jesse Blaze. Apparently America doesn’t like Big Rock n’Roll, and they GOT IT WRONG — Jesse rocked the house every week.

SNYDER is so high on himself! I loved him at first but ending up hating him because oh his ego and arrogance. He’s a short dude and crosby’s HOT, Talented and blew J. Snyder away. Everyone said that Jesse showed so much ego and arrogance. While he did so did Crosby, everytime the judges said something about him he would blow it off by saying I am not Jesse or something like that. Everyone said he growed on the show, no all his performances were roughly the same.
Not only do I not think he was the best up there he should of been the first to go of the three. Chloe rocked her songs last week and should of been the runner up with Jesse as the winner.

okay, so i admit loggins has talent, but in my opinion jesse blaze kicked ass. i may be biased since i absolutely love dee, but really. he’s more of a performer and gives the crowd what they want… he did take off his shirt in front of a live audience… i mean really, he’s got the looks, hes got the talent, he deserves it. but props to crosby, you were great too.

wow! what a surprise and what a show. congrats to crosby on winning,but i think jesse blaze snider should have won because he was the only one out of the 3 that kicked butt every week,jesse totally got screwed by the judges(especially by belinda),mtv and america.i don’t know if this is true or not,but i heard that crosby already had a record contract and if that’s true,then i think he should have never been on the show or he should of been disqualified.

Wasn’t Rock the Cradle the name of this show? Well thats what Jesse did!!!! Crosby has talent without a doubt and should not be ignored. He is a true musician and deserves recognition. If he wants that for his future, he will have to work on it. Unfortunately there was no entertainment in his shows. Jesse already has this in his future. He wants it and will get it. You have to live, love and breath the music. Jesse loves doing what he does and shows it by his entertaining ways. He may be theatrical but thats what it is all about. Even if you take away the cuteness, shirtless, and gymastic ability, he still can entertain the audience. MTV should have done the decision strictly by the judges, NOT by phone or online calls. Win or lose, Jesse is still a true winner in my eyes.

There is NO WAY Crosby should have beat Jesse!! Jesse rocked every week, and had the highest scores throughout! yea hes a little cocky… but he has the right to be! Hes an amazing entertainer! I am sooo dissapointed! I only watched every week so i could see him perform… no not because hes hot, but because he can sing. He has wide range. He even made a Britney song good. Crosby is only good at one kind of music. In fact, I’m so dissapointed i might not even watch MTV reality shows anymore… this one shows that they cant be real.

From reading the comments to this post it’s apparent that ppl bought into the editing of the pre-performance videos. Ppl bought into the drama that mtv tried to make u all believe there was going on when there wasnt really any of that stuff going on. But whatever ppl can believe what they want & not believe what they want. I don’t agree w/ Thursday nights results. However I’m not too upset w/ the results either. Crosby was my 2nd fav. male contestant on the show. Better he win than few the others that didn’t make the final 3. I have to say I was looking forward to hearin the winners original but once I heard Crosbys I was let down. He didn’t vocally bring it to his song. He at pts sounded a lil mumbley. I dunno maybe he was tired from stuff the show had the final 3 doing earlier in day. I wonder how Mtv/Jive is gonna like having to spend money to buy Crosbys record deal out with the other label. I wish all the final 3 nothing but the best.

Congratulations Crosby on your win. As a fellow performer one suggestion.. LOSE THE GUITAR!!! connect with your audience. As I travel across this country I see this so many times. singers lose their audience when they play guitar and sing. They are tied down to the mike stand and the guitar and cannot relate to their fans…. They wanna feel part of the show.. they can’t do that if all they see is you in front of a metal rod behind a piece of wood making hand motions.. yes, that’s what they see.. you can sing.. but your fans needs to see you when they go out.. ..

If you think Crosby is boring, then you need ro listen to his CD and see him live. That would change your opinion of him. Unlike Jesse, he is a talented musician, songwriter and singer. Jesse is just really good at imitating his father on outdated loud, obnoxiuos rock and taking off his shirt. Yeah, he’s cute, but like his Dad, he won;t be for long and then what?
Crosby is a gentle soul with multi talents AND good looks. His style will transcend music eras and like his father, will entertain audiences for years and years. Good job Crosby and good luck!
