On the heels of his radio rant, Spencer Pratt is milking those sex tape rumors for all they’re worth. And to some, they’re worth a lot.

Although alleged “co-star” Jason Wahler — supposedly filmed alongside Lauren Conrad — of the phantom tape insists that the video does not exist, Pratt rebuts, telling US Weekly:

“Jason’s statement couldn’t be more transparent. Notice how he uses present tense, ‘I DO not have a sex tape… one DOES not exist.’”

“We all know that it existed, that he tried to sell it and is now covering up to make himself look better.”

The magazine’s website also points out that Spencer told Tyra Banks he is 1000% sure that the tape was real.

1000%! How you gonna argue with that, Wahler? Infinity plus one?

spencer needs to get a life and stop trying to squeeze an extra 15 minutes of fame out of this whole sex tape thing. it's pretty sad over a year later he is still talking about it when it is clear that a sex tape isn't even in exsistance. i mean come on celeb sex tapes don't stay "underground" for long...everyone knows that.

I think that Spencer and Heidi are taking Lauren too literal. She is pissed that you where her friend and told her personal secrets to the entire world. That is why she hates you, not that you made something up. Stop being so middle school, "we are telling the truth!" LC has every right to hate a backstabbing suppose to be friend. If Heidi is wondering why she won't forgive you, she could never trust you to not run your mouth for attention!!

They all sound like big babies... If you dont like eachother for whatever reasons let that be just what it is.. To me it seems as if they are all dwelling on the past... The friendships that once were are over now, an the times have changed... Keep it moven people... But I do enjoy watching the show.. EVERYONE EXCEPT FOR SPENCER.. He is such a freaking Crybaby... Where is his mother so she can soothe and ease her son's hurt feelings and eagle...

Oh Spencer, don't you see? You've got no friends, you're sleeping on your sister's couch and Heidi, the only person that stood up for you, is sick of you, too. What pleasure do you get from this sex-tape fiasco? Who really cares? Do you think it's going to make your life better trying to ruin someone else's? I didn't think you were still in High School. Maybe you need to leave Hollywood for a while and see what the real world is like... you clearly have no idea about respect, loyalty, composure & dignity. Kudos to Brody, Lauren, your sister, and everyone else who's clearly shown you're a waste of time and energy. The Hills wouldn't be nearly as comical without you on it. Thanks for the entertainment.

If Jason had actually tried to sell a tape, why on earth would Lauren have even given him the time of day and started to be friends again? She wouldn't have! That's the point! Whether there was a tape or not, that in itself is proof Jason wasn't trying to peddle it around LA... how's that for being transparent Spencer? It's a shame you have to start rumors like that for attention, cause you know a sex tape of you and Heidi wouldn't garner near that much... pa-the-tic.
