The Capitol Hills: Heidi Montag Puts D.C. on the D-List

No one puts Heidi in a corner — even if it’s a corner of the White House. According to Page Six, our fair Lady Montag recently backed out of her trip to the White House Correspondents dinner. “MSNBC had invited Montag to be a guest at its table at the Washington Hilton. ‘Then Spencer got involved as her manager,’ a source told Page Six. ‘He demanded first-class tickets for both him and Heidi — even though he wasn’t invited.’ When the network denied Spencer and Heidi the star treatment, Pratt canceled Montag’s appearance, claiming, according to the Page Six source, ‘It wasn’t A-listy enough.’”

One could argue that President Bush is old news now that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have stolen center stage (aka. US Weekly front-of-book).

Heidi is an idiot. Why would she be invited in the first place? What does she have to offer? Spencer and Heidi used Lauren to get a free ride. They are both nothing without LC.
I also want to throw this in, Heidi, your music is terrible. What are you doing with your hands while you sing? It’s annoying!

  2. J.C. Says:

She was invited, why? Besides publically supporting John McCain who thinks the Hills is fake.

This is sad. These young adults grew up in their parents’ wealth and expect to automatically be treated in the way that they grew up where ever they go. What they need to realize is that Mommy and Daddy aren’t holding your hand anymore. If you have an amazing opportunity to with with one of the most watched news broadcast stations, take the chance! Don’t throw it away because some approx. 11 hour flight is not first-class! Your parents are not buying these tickets for you. You are just some current star who happens to like a contender for the Presidential campaign. And as for Spencer Pratt, just because you happen to be Heidi’s manager does not give you the justification to receive the same treatment as your client. They are old enough to walk down the street without you holding their hand. Children in Hollywood these days have such a ego issue.

Rebecca, I totally agree. I mean the whole getting invited to that event should have been a big enough deal to go through with it. Obviously Heidi is just looking to get attention. She is no A-lister so why expect the treatment?! In response to her singing carrer…don’t get me started. She claimed in a magazine that people are buying her song on itunes and that the “haters must love it”… when in actuallity they are buying it to hear how horrible she sounded. She sounds like she is singing through her nose. Its awful, I suggest you buy it so you have something to laugh at when you are down. Def. worth it!

seriously … are they even an A-list celebrity ??? I think not!
and to demands like that … are you insane???

  6. Old enough Says:

Ben Affleck, Eric Dane, Tim Daly, Hayden Panettiere and Marcia Cross - Aren’t the A list enough for her? She’s a D lister if anything and needs to get over herself. BTW Lauren was also invited and so was Pam Anderson. I think that Spencer is hurting Heidi’s career more than helping it.

I agree with everyone. Heidi please get over yourself. It’s pathetic!

  8. Sally Says:

Heidi is not A list. Barely anyone even knows she exists.
