What’s up people! This is Johnny from True Life: I Need Anger Management. Wanna start off by saying “Thanks” to all of you out there who’ve shown support or even if you just feel like you can relate. Stay true to yourselves always! As for me, I’m doing awesome. Since turning down therapy, I’m doign just great, started 2 new jobs, and am pursuing Pro Wrestling and working out hard to attain my goals. After seeing me on the show, the general public reaction was actually very positive. Of course there are always a few jerks who have something bad to say, but 90% of the replies I’ve gotten have been of support and have shaped my life in a positive way. In my future, I see myself having the ability to see situations in a brighter light and being able to make the better choice while staying true to my nature. So keep your eyes open, because you haven’t seen the last of me…

Hi everyone! This is Anna from True Life: I Need Anger Management. Since the show aired, I have been focusing tremendously on my school work and the personal relationships in my life. I have a strong fan base on the internet and on the street. Anger Management therapy has been very beneficial, and I still attend sessions once a week. Jessie and I are still together and going strong, thank goodness because I don’t know how he deals with me. Since the show aired, I have cursed out a lot fewer people than before the treatment began, and I am currently finishing up school to become a Journalist. As for my anger, some of those methods for dealing with anger my therapist suggested actually work, so be sure to check out my advice for dealing with anger, it helps!

Hi yall, this is Madison, from True Life: I Need Anger Management. Unfortunantly, I was unable to make it out for the updates, but I just wanted to thank everyone for their support. It was also very interesting to see Johnny and Anna deal with their anger, and I just wanted to tell both of you that I think all of us have shown tremendous progress and all in all, the experience was very postive. Thanks again for everyone's support, and please, if you feel like you have an anger problem, seek therapy. It's one of the best decisions I have ever made, and it has changed my life for the better =]]

Everytime I watch this show I can't help but think that JOhnny is the most evil human being in the world. Obviously he is so delusional that he believes all the other angry idiots that have said nice things about him. I know you're reading this Johnny but you are an abusive scumbag.
