
Hey guys being pregnant is no joke so here are some tips to try and make it easier…
1) In the first 2 trimesters you’re gonna feel like crap, nauseous and really tired. The way I had to deal with the nausea was drinking a lot of ice cold seltzer water. It doesn’t have sugar in it to make you more sick and the sizzle calms your stomach down, but don’t substitute it as water.
2) Still drink plenty of water.
3) FOOD is a big freaking deal. You may think you’re eating for 2 but studies say you’re really not, so try to relax on eating EVERYTHING in the fridge. I literally gained 11lbs in one month because I had a state of mind that I was feeding for 2.
4) Walking is the best! It gives you energy and keeps you busy and trim.
5) You may have seen me doing the pelvic movement, it does help for labor because it loosens the muscles up.
6) Don’t wear tight shoes, they will make your feet swell up like a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon.
7) Last but not least, you must look fierce. Take the time out to get you hair and nails done or even a massage. Just because you’re bigger doesn’t mean the rest of you has to look the part of a hot mess victim. This is the best time of your life, enjoy it!
