Out of an astonishing 38 million votes, the jibba-jabbas stole the majority and walked away with 100K. It was a rockin party – crews representing different regions squared off, Shane Sparks told the audience to bug off, and Lil Mama got her rocks off (hellooooo rhinestones!).
For the final number, America’s Best Dance Crew ditched the masks and boogied underneath a free fall of confetti. And for a moment, all was right in the world.

was there something edited out of the dance that the 2 groups from the south danced during the finale? one second, someone is jumping in the air, then the next second, the girls are bending over and the guys are treating their “backs” as drums?

This is why it should have been Kaba and Jabba in the finale, like everyone had expected. Then the end winner would NOT have been as expected (and as one-sided!). At the show, it was completely clear from audience reaction that Jabbawockeez would have won just by comparing posters (of which all were their fans’), but everyone went CRAZY when Kaba Modern came out. Who knows what kind of performance that would have been.

I am SO proud of you guys!!! You all worked hard for the money…lol. You deserve this win, and all other good things to come your way. I hope that this will not be the last that your fans hear from you. But if for some reason it is, please know that you were/are an inspiration to vast majority of people who love you and believe in you and who aspire to be where you are someday. congratuations guy!!! you did an awesome job. i knew from the beginning that you will bring the bacon home. love the fact that you guys, never fight or had drama (from what i saw on your interview before you guys perform) on back stage, which really shows how you guys united and uniformed in dacing, just goofing around.
