   Heidi is dumb, she doesn't get the fact that her boyfriend Spencer is cause for all the rumors. When she mentioned the sex tape thing to him in the last episode he never denide it and I could see it in his eyes. I think Spencer really wanted Lauren at first but after he realized she was a no go he took the next best thing which was Heidi. Now he has Hidi and he still can't stay out of Lauren's life. When is everyone going to see that Spencer is reason for all the disruption.

   but he did know about it and should have told laruen
   in the first place.
   i also dont think it was hedi
   i belevie it was spencer
   she probably knew about it but was not sure if she should tell lauren or rat out the man she loves
   and lauren should just talk to hedi
   on the shows she says she is tired of fighting and the drama
   well she is in it too.
   i think instead of talking about hedi behind her back they should have a conversation like two mature adults.
   i also think that lauren should rethink some stuff
   hedi moved out because you got mad at her for seeing spencer and making you seem like the third wheel.
   well i hate to tell you audrinia is doing the same thing
   you did apologize to her even though she hurt you but yet hedi did not mean to do those things to you
   and if i recall you did the same thing to her with jason.
   i just think you guys all need to sit down togrther and talk things out

   Let me begin with Jen. This chic is so desperate to become friends with Lauren, that she will do anything to win their friendship back. She needs to realize that the way she is going about it is the wrong way. As for the rumor about the sex tape, it was definitely Brody and Spencer, who started that rumor. Even though Heidi and Lauren were going their separate ways last season, Heidi does not seem like the type of person who would do such a thing. Yes, she is a different person when she is around Spencer, but which girl isn't especially if they are in love. Heidi and Lauren are going to make up very soon because they are going to find out that Brody & Spencer were responsible for spreading the sex tape rumors. When that happens, that means Heidi and Spencer are going to break up, Lauren and Brody are no longer going to be friends. Spencer and Brody will eventually make up and laugh it off over a couple of drinks.

   i dont think it was brody!! i think it was heidi and spencer. i don't really like heidi. i think they were trying to get back at lauren and i think heidi is somewhat jealous of her. if your're a true friend you dont stab your friend in the back like heidi did to lauren!!! but i think it was mostly spencer.. cuz he hates lauren. he needs to get over himself!! ive watched this show from the start.. and cant believe all the drama spencer has started between lauren and heidi and how heidi just let it happen! but idk jen bunney could be with heidi and spencer too. but i think it was mostly heidi and spencer!

   I think that it was all Spencer, and that maybe he and Brody discussed it, but he had nothing to do with the actual spreading of the rumors. I think that Jen is not a friend at all, and that Heidi and Lauren will make up eventually.

    Lauren gets on my nerves so bad. Why is she always in her friends business. She definitely is not the best judge of character when it comes to picking men. Steven didn't want her because she was too easy. He preferred the challenge of dating Kristin who treated him like garbage. Jason was screwing everybody and was a dirt bag, but she made him her man. What does that say about her choices? She actually chose him over her career and was already broke up from him before the summer was out. Everybody, including Heidi knows that Spencer is an idiot. A friend would let her friend experience heartbreak and be there to help her grow from it. I mean that's what real grown people do, but this is TV.
    
    BTW Audrina needs to be the one in fashion. Her gear is always on point.

    think about every detail though. Lauren was best friends with heidi, jen, audrina, whitney, and Lo.
    once spencer came into the picture everything started falling apart, which made lauren and heidi enemies. i think the spencer was treating lauren like crap when heidi wasnt around. then when lauren told heidi, heidi told spencer and then lauren and heidi got into a fight. ok now to the point. We all know the it wasnt Lo, audrina, or whitney. when lauren yelled at heidi about the rumors she acted like she had no idea what happened. i think the spencer did all the rumors and told brodi it was heidi. then when brodi told lauren, everything came crashing down. why do you think that spencer threw brodi out of his life? Heidi told jen it was brodi. Jen told lauren about it. lauren asked brodi and he said no. Everyone could be attacking eachother when it is possible that it could be all spencer because he didnt like lauren from the beginning.

    I think that Spencer did not like the fact that Lauren was telling Heidi the truth about Spencer and he got pissed about it, so he spread the rumor, I think Heidi had no idea, but Brody did. It was most. def Spencer that spread the rumor though. Heidi needs to realize this and just leave him, he tore her apart from what was supposed to be her best friend. I think Spencer is just with Heidi for publicity, he has nothing else going for him. Seriously, who gets engaged and doesn't tell their parents. Heidi needs to be careful before she turns into Spencer more than she already has.

    So...Brody apparently "knew" about who started the rumor, but did nothing to stop it or to protect his "friend", Lauren. Does this not make him just as bad as Spencer, who I still believe did not spread the rumors.
    Either way, if we want to look at this as narrowly as possible...Brody is no better than the person who spread the rumor. All he does is sit and wait for the damage to be done, then swoop in and pick up the damaged pieces and be the shoulder to cry on...what slime. And...of course, we can't rule out Mr. Wahler either. Wouldn't THAT be something?
    GO TEAM SPENCER...they need all the logical support they can get!

    The reason Lauren is so sure Heidi and Spencer started the sex tape rumor is obviously because Lauren told Heidi about making the sex tape!! It's so obvious. Heidi then told Spencer about the tape and the rest is history!! I personally don't see what the big deal is though. They aren't the first couple to make a sex tape, I mean Lauren is old enough to have sex and she's on an MTV show!! Not Nickleodean or Disney. As long as the sex tape is not shared with the public, I don't see what the big deal is.

    I don't know why there is so much debate over this. It was so clearly Spencer, he had the motive and he basically admits it in episode 310 when Heidi confronts him about it! I think Brody was in on it, or at least knew about it, since he and Spencer were best friends at the time.
    Watch episode 310 again on the MTV website, it's so obvious, you can't deny it!

    I think that Spencer and Heidi started the rumors completely! Did you not see the look on Heidi's face when Jen Bunny asked her if she started the rumors? HELLO! If she and Spencer were completely innocent, she would have immediately said "ABSOLUTELY NOT, I NEVER DID THAT", but instead she says "You think I did it? I can't believe you are coming at me like this..." blah blah blah. Her lies continue as the lunch goes on. I agree with the majority that Spencer and Heidi are completely guilty. I also think that Brody may have taken part in spreading the rumors but I do not think he is where they originated. It's really sad that a girl can pick her new boyfriend over a best friend.... Heidi needs a real reality check. It is really unfortunate that she has allowed his existence in her life change so many things in her own. I just feel sorry for her..

    I think that Spencer is cute, but a real ?$*?@~#. Does he work??? He started that rumor, but hopefully Lauren will learn that there are those kinds of people out there. I think Brody knew about it, but might have forgot about it also. He does not seem like a drama King, unlike Spencer. I think Lauren needs to keep looking for a man. I dont think her and Brody only like each other when there are others around, or when liquor is involved.

    I honestly don't think it was Heidi that started the rumor. I think Spencer started it because he really hates Lauren, and what better way to break up her and heidi's friendship? He even told Brody before that he wanted Lauren out of the way. I think Brody knew it was Spencer all along, but didn't want to say anything b/c they were best friends at the time. Also, I think that Lauren was wrong to just be so quick to judge. She attacked Heidi about it, and you could really tell Heidi had no idea what she was talking. When Lauren called her pathetic, she looked really hurt and upset. Think about it, if you started a rumor, would u be surprise that your friends didn't show up to your housewarming? Why would she even try and write Lauren a note? Yea I think it was sad of Heidi to spend all her time with Spencer, but think of how uncomfortable you would be being around Lauren. Lauren totally made her choose between them. When Heidi is with spencer, he tells her that she always chooses Lauren over him, and same goes with Lauren. She was stuck in the middle between her best friend and her bf. If Lauren was a good friend, she wouldn't have pushed Heidi away and just let her learn for herself. A true friend is someone who is there for you even when they don't want to be. Did Lauren forget that Heidi did not like Jason either? Heidi never made her choose between the two, and in the end, she was there for her when they broke up. In season 1, she even left Jason to go home with Lauren. I just think its selfish of Lauren to make her choose. A real friend should know better, and know that Heidi is just in love..just like how Lauren was with JAson.

    After watching The Hills many episodes, I have come to the conclusion that Spencer started the rumors. Heidi is caught in the middle, and lost her friend because of it. Heidi genuinely acted like she was surprised that Lauren thought she did it. Although if you remember that face Spencer gave Heidi when she directed the blame to him, at the close of the she this past monday. Brodie, I am sure could say a lot of things about a lot of people. He really never talks bad about anyone. We've never heard him spread rumors, or a lot of gossip. Plus he is always out to try to protect or argue the side of the underdog. I think Spencer is so fake, and shady! Poor Heidi, I hope she doesn't ruin her life by marrying him.

    I think Spencer started the sex rumors tape b/c he's a sorry ass guy! He doesn't work, sit his ass home and get on his laptop.... so think about it, who has all those time to spread all the rumor? I meant, every episode, we all see that the girls are working and I doubt Brody works b/c he is pretty rich but... we don't ever see or hear him talking about Lauren like that. Honestly, Spencer pretty has no life and all he care is about himself.

    RESPECT if you told the truth, which i think you did, you deserve mad respect for your decision making skills. it takes a big man to stand up and do the right thing when your in the middle of an argument between your bro and a lady. spencer was wrong for cutting you off for rolling around with his enemy. its clear to me he was affraid you might tell lauren on an accident or something. spencer can thank himself for giving you the freedom to go ahead and tell lauren, what did you have to loose? you already lost spencers friendship for something so stupid, not your fault, im glad u told lauren. it was like here spencer now you have a real reason to be mad at me.     Of course Spencer started the rumer. He is a real cheese ball just looking to make a fast buck off of Heidi. He is one crazy dude.....look at him, he has the "crazy eyes".     I think Jen Bunny tries to go back and fourth between Lauren and Heidi trying to stir up drama between them. I was glad Heidi and Lauren blew her off in such a matter of fact way. Hopefully we won't be seeing her again.
    I also think we need to cut Spencer a break about the rumor. Yeah it was nasty, but he did what everyother person would do. Lauren was nothing but awful to him and tried breaking apart his relationship. Of course he hates her and when you hate someone and an oppurtunity comes up to get revenge you take it. We have all done it, we have all started a rumor about someone or done something dispicable to the other person...only difference is....we are not some semi celebrity on a reality show. Our buisness doesn't get national attention.
    If there is an alledged sex tape then shame on Lauren. What do you think happens when you make one. People find out. I am sure Jason isn't all hush hush about his sexual dealings with her. Just goes to show, when you lay down with pigs you get dirty!

    I also think that Heidi definetely started that rumor. I think her and Spencer are bad news for each other and that aren't really happy so they have to try to make everyone else as miserable as they are. I think they should just leave Lauren alone and get over it.

    I think Jen Bunny is just trying to ruin things for Lauren and Brody AGAIN since she found out that they are hanging out and good friends now.     I think that Spencer actually spread the rumor, but he told Heidi that Brody did it so she wouldn't get all pissed at him. I think that Jen Bunny is only trying to be a good friend to Lauren by telling her about what Heidi had told her.     I think that Spencer and Brody stared the rumor. Now that they are not friends anymore, they blame each other. Also, i think that Brody is lying to Lauren about Spencer spreading the rumors so he can get on her A list. He wants to be the good guy, but you never know.

    I think Spencer did it and Heidi dosen't know he did, Because the look on his face last week kinda gave that %@%* away, I think brody may have been involved with it but it was mostly spencer. BUt I remember in the episode when they saw Jason and Lauren at the restaurant Heidi said "Maybe there back in the movie making action" So who knows...Don't really think it's Jen bunny though...she's to much of a ditz.

    I agree with what Brad posted earlier... Even if Brody didn't actually spread the tape (which i think he did anyway) he said to Lauren he knows for a fact that Spencer did it. So hes known all this time, seen how much Lauren has suffered and hasn't done anything? Some friend. Just as shady as spreading the tape in my opinion. And remember at the end of last season Lauren and Brody were fighting, and Brody and Spencer were tight. The only difference is now Spencer and Brody aren't in each others pockets.
    Lauren has it so wrong about Heidi - until that screaming show down at le deux (i mean who screams and carries on in a club?) Heidi was trying to call Lauren, she visited Audrina and invited them to her housewarming and even wrote her a letter about hoping they can be friends - she had no idea what Lauren was talking about.
    I also think its a bit much for Audrina and Lauren to talk crap about Spencer... has anyone else noticed that Justin treats Audrina like crap and he left her in Vegas by herself so he could go watch strippers... and Jason has been to jail and rehab... Spencer just talks a lot of sh!t and wants Heidi to hold his hand all the time.

    Ok, as much as I love Lauren, I think here and Jason fooled around in front of a camera, and the tape has since been destroyed, but I think Lauren did the foolish thing and trust Heidi with this dirty little secret back when they were BFFs.
    
    Then I think Heidi told Spencer, probably innocently .. "Lauren isn't so perfect, her and Jason once made a sex video" BINGO.. Spence tells EVERYONE else to tarnish Lauren's squeaky clean reputation.
    
    This is why Lauren KNOWS that Heidi had something to do with the "rumours" even if only telling it to her boyfriend to spread around.

    I know I'm not the only one who thinks Spencer is as narcissistic and maniplualtive as he is unattractive and spiteful. He was most definitely behind the sex-tape rumours. I wish Heidi would see what a jerk he is. It's a sad sad day when your best friend chooses an emotionally crippled, self-centred giggilo over you! Besides, these sex-tape scandals usually make their players into stars...If the rumours are true of course! Just check out Paris and Pammie...
