California skater CJ Collins might love spaghetti, but he didn’t expect his arm to act like a wet noodle after a skate trick gone wrong. CJ took down a set of extended stairs when he fell off his board, landing full force on his left arm.
CJ says he was more freaked out by the shape of his arm than the actual pain, but his Scarred story still makes our Hall of Pain Awards…

I love when the bones are sticking out hehe so painful to watch, like its your own body, i wish some of my stunts were on tape haha and my sugery. i have a metal plate and big srews in my back spine, from snowboarding.

Pretty painful video of my friend Danny Echavarria screwing up a backflip off a guard rail near Burger King. He smacked his face off the concrete, cut his nose open and was bleeding quite a bit.
He really would want to see this on Scarred someday just because of the pain he endured.. luckily he's okay now.
